The Real Deal!

I don’t remember when Ian’s stuff first hit home to me. A gradual dawning of ‘yes, this guy talks sense’.

Having gone through my own ‘stuff’ over 4 decades, I saw that with Ian’s books, Posts, shares and proper down to earth factual knowledge and wisdom, I could really drill down and educate myself and put into practice the accessible actions.

I am very glad I found Ian and have bought and used Emotional Mastery and am looking forward to getting the others. Thanks Ian

Unload is more than another self help book. It is a manual with instructions that make sense and are doable! Ian doesn’t tell you to do everything at once but start with one lever. This was a lightbulb moment for me as I have tried giving up so many times just going cold turkey. I have now changed my diet and moving more. understanding where the patterns came from so I can see clearly the way to change instead of repeating the same old same old. It won’t be a quick fix but Ian has a number of Facebook sites which feel like real community support. Buy the book – you won’t regret it!!

If you want to repair the damage from years of eating processed foods and pouring alcohol in your gut this is for you. Well written with really good ideas for gut healthy recipes. As well as the nutritional education about foods etc

I’ve completely changed my diet. No more seed oils processed foods. Butter , and animal fats back in.

1 month on I’ve lost 3 lbs. Not a lot but I wasn’t overweight to start with.

Skin looks better and I feel better.

Reading another of his books emotional mastery now to carry on with self improvement.

I am reading Under Load and my mind is blown. It’s almost at like I can see my Theta legacy in action. I am now are of what drives my eating behaviors – it’s amazing ! I have found that insomnia, doom scrolling and grazing all day are connected. A slight shift in my sleep habit and I’m not chasing chocolate all day! Thank you !!
