I’m a British Army veteran with three prolapsed discs and chronic pain I’ve managed for decades. A classically trained chef who understands food and metabolism from the inside out. An NLP Master Practitioner and Reiki Master. A cold water swimmer. A published author. And the bloke who drank from the age of 11 to 57 and got sober without rehab, without labels, and without anyone’s permission.

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, and I say what I see. Directly. Without dressing it up. Because you can get validation and gentle encouragement anywhere. What most people actually need is someone to say the thing nobody else will say and hand them a practical way forward.

No jargon. No frameworks you need a manual to understand. No homework that doesn’t connect to your real life. Just an honest conversation that moves something.
