I’ve been following Ian Callaghan for about 9 months now. I find his no BS and humorous approach, ground breaking actually, and really refreshing. Such a different and sensible way to approach, giving up the poison, based on solid physiological principles. I’m currently reading Emotional Mastery and getting through his other works, as time permits. I am nearly 8 months sober, at 64.

Ian’s posts have completely changed my views on fitness and food – especially the food. Back to basics, real food. Ian says it as it is, and to be honest, its sometimes difficult to “stomach” but they say the truth hurts. Ian puts his heart, soul and mind into his posts and I’m forever grateful that I appeared on my feed. I have bought two of his books and “Nobody Told you this” recipe book is magnificent. My mum who is 97 said “Thank god for a real food cookbook because you youngun’s don’t know how to cook real food”.

I feel Everything Ian says is the truth , well definitely for me , and if I’m struggling I just have a read through of the messages he puts on Facebook or from his books and that puts me back on the right track .
