What people are already saying
These are the kinds of comments and reviews people have already left across the books, guides and wider work. Not polished sales copy. Not marketing bollocks. Just real people saying what hit home.
“A brilliant reframing of addiction and compulsive behaviour.”
Under Load reader“The idea of needing a state change in the face of a craving was like a lightbulb moment for me.”
Under Load reader“No motivational fog. No everything-in-moderation mythology. Just clean thinking and hard clarity.”
Emotional Mastery reader“A game changer for anyone seeking to change their habits and start treating their body and life as if they matter.”
Under Load reader“The best £14.99 I have ever spent on my health.”
30 Day Reset reader“This is possibly what you have been looking for.”
Under Load readerKeep it honest. Keep it human.
You do not need to sound polished. In fact, please do not. The best reviews are the ones that sound like a real person who got something useful and wants the next person to know.
What helped?
Was it Bob, The PR Firm, The Gate, the machine, the Operator, the food work, or finally understanding why willpower kept collapsing?
What changed?
Did you stop drinking, reduce sugar, cook again, sleep better, feel clearer, calm your nervous system, or stop treating yourself like a lost cause?
What landed?
Was there a line, chapter, framework, metaphor, video, post, guide or book that made the old pattern finally make sense?
Who would you recommend it to?
Someone stuck in the drinking loop? Someone under load? Someone tired of self-help fluff? Someone who needs mechanics, not shame?

You won’t regret it
I found Ian’s Facebook sites in january, found them educational and the support within the groups is genuine and helpful. I have read Beyond 12 steps and it gives you tools to help you right from the start. I am now reading Under Load and it is a life changer if you do one thing to help you climb out of the pit I highly recommend you buy it!!
Grateful
During dry January I randomly saw a post from Ian. It was so inspiring I am now happily, gratefully living a life without alcohol.
I have been reminded of good wholesome foods we were born to eat after purchasing a couple of his books. Love his enthusiasm and have to laugh.
Excellent
I wish id seen Ian Callaghan and his down to earth posts before my daughter passed away he is a down to earth tells it as it is sort of bloke thank you Ian im still reposting your posts to help others
My Key to Sobriety
Having been a “moderation” drinker for 40 years, I never believed I could go without my “reward” – on any occasion you care to mention. I knew it was making me gain weight, but it was only when I came across Ian Callaghan and his incredible literature on sobriety, did I realise what else this legal poison was doing to my body! I also learnt how quickly moderation turns to dependance. Thanks to the naked truth that Ian advocates, and the tools he provides to rewire the brain, I have been AF for almost 4 months! His work is life-changing, and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction, of whatever kind.
Plain down to earth advice,
Came across Ian Callaghans page on face book by chance, been drinking Alcohol for 55 years, and been wanting to give it up for a long time, and on the 7th February after 3 bottles of red wine and a very bad hangover ,I started reading more of Ian’s work, and I’ve not drank since,I’m going to order his books,I love his no nonsense approach to it,if I can give it up anyone can, Tina Howard-jones,
